Yes, I offer a free initial phone consultation.
That’s completely okay. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re sharing parts of your life with someone you don’t know. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to have all the words or all the answers.
You don’t need to come in with a plan. Sometimes people know exactly what they want to discuss, and sometimes they just know something feels off. Either way, we’ll start where you are.
That’s okay. Not every therapist or approach is the right fit for every person. We can explore what felt helpful, what didn’t, and what you’re hoping for this time around. Sometimes a different relationship or perspective can make all the difference.
Whether we meet for 30 minutes or an hour, my focus is on providing the support you need.
There’s no right or wrong answer. Some people benefit from meeting weekly, while others prefer every other week or as needed. We’ll decide together what feels most supportive for you and adjust as your needs change.
Everyone’s journey is different. Some clients come for support around a specific challenge, while others use therapy as an ongoing space for growth and self-discovery. We’ll regularly check in to make sure therapy is meeting your needs.

A Zoom link will be sent 24 hours before your session. At the scheduled date and time, simply join using the link provided. Sessions are held in a confidential setting and last for the agreed-upon length of time.
I understand that unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $60 fee. If you’re facing an emergency or special circumstance, please let me know so we can talk through it together.
If something comes up between sessions, you’re welcome to send a message to my secure client line. While I may not always be able to respond right away, I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m able during business hours.
We’ll also talk together about what communication between sessions looks like and what feels most supportive for your needs.

Master’s degree.
Yes.
I see my role as walking alongside you, not telling you what to do. You are the expert on your life. My job is to provide support, perspective, and tools while helping you connect with your own strengths and goals.
Sometimes people come to therapy looking for answers, but I believe the most meaningful and lasting answers come from within. Rather than telling you what to do, I’ll help you explore options, gain insight, and make decisions that feel right for you.
Therapy isn’t about being perfect or never struggling. Often, progress looks like feeling more confident, responding differently to challenges, understanding yourself more deeply, or feeling better equipped to handle life’s ups and downs.
Absolutely. As a parent, you’re an important part of your child’s support system. We can talk together about what feels most helpful, whether that’s joining sessions, checking in periodically, or allowing your child space to meet with me on their own.
That’s more common than you might think. Building trust takes time. My goal is to create a space where your child feels seen, heard, and accepted, allowing the relationship to develop naturally.
Therapy is a brave step.
Whether you’re a parent watching your child struggle or a young adult ready for something to change, I’m here.
We’ll take it one step at a time… and we’ll make room for you to finally exhale.
